ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling Your Order:

At GenieBeanie, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. To accommodate this, we offer the option to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Period: You are allowed to cancel your order within 3 days (72 hours) after receiving the order confirmation.

  • Processing Cancellations: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will promptly process it. If the cancellation request is within the 3-day period and your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Refund After Cancellation: If eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Orders Already Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our standard Refunds Policy will apply.
